From tampons! I hate them I hate them! I’ve found an alternative and I know this is a gross post but it’s seriously changing my moon time. It’s called the diva cup (look it up) it doesn’t hurt like tampons, there is no waste from tampons (Eco friendly), you only buy it once (money friendly), there is no harmful chemicals or plastic (body and fertility friendly) and it doesn’t leak! Even when you’re doing yoga! You can also wear one over night (plus no leaks). It’s amazing. Only posting this because I think 98% of my followers are women haha.

Tampons are the enemy. Women’s lib from tampons everyone.
